Roy has been busy lately. People that meet him are not feeling comfortable with his claims and using search engines they find this website and contact me.

Roy is up to his usual pattern. That is if he is trying to get you to invest he will claim to have some big project that needs only a little more funding and that it already has backers such as the Export-Import Bank. Roy is not a member of http://www.exim.gov/ and often claims that he is to impress people.

Watch out for his claims that he knows the heads of state of various countries. He might have been at the same airport at the same time but that is all. The last two people to contact me after meeting Roy have told some interesting tales of Roy’s attempts at deception.

Roy is trying to get you to invest money which he takes and will use for personal expensese and then walk away from you like he did me.
