I regularly search for you on the Internet since you walked away with my seventy thousand dollars a few years ago with promises to pay me back. You have emailed me a number of times how sorry you are about the money and how that you can be trusted and I will be getting my money back as soon as you can manage it. I was quite surprised to find that you had moved back into the area after you vanished from Fort Lauderdale. Furthermore, instead of renting a simple apartment you bought yourself a four hundred thousand dollar house in West Palm Beach. Here is the link that I found to the sales record -

So Roy, what about me and all the promise to pay me back? A quick refresher for you as it has been a while:

1. $50K investment in Saint Lucia – funds diverted by you for other uses. Nothing was ever done in Saint Lucia except one day of machete use to clear lots.

2. Personal 3 day $40K loan for paying your hotel employees – partial $20K repaid after six weeks of hounding you.

3. $5K paid by you over a year ago after much pleading by me as I was near being homeless due to depression that was started by this whole encounter. If you forgot, our agreement was I would be paid back $5K per month. The first check cleared but no others arrived.

You owe me $65K right now without interest and penalties. If emotional damagers were added it would be at least half a million. I invested the money with your for a specific reason and you’re attitude was it was some kind of donation for the Church of Roy. That is not the case.

Roy, you need to pay me back or face going to Hell. The bible takes this very seriously In Psalms 37:21 the Lord states – ‘The wicked borrows but does not pay back.’  Do you want the Lord to see you as a wicked person? That would be very dangerous as Jesus states in Matthew 13:49 – (Mat 13:49 ASV) So shall it be in the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the righteous. Does your $400K house mean more to you than having clean hands before the Lord? What don’t you make an effort to repay me aside from another empty promise? You present yourself as a exemplary servant of the Lord and yet don’t you realize that this will follow you to Judgment Day. Jesus was adamant about this when he stated ‘For nothing is covered that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known’ – Matthew 10:26
It’s hard to believe that it has come to this: me having to create a website just to get a message to you but that it what it takes. Or is because Jesus wants this website created as a message to you and others who use His name to make money? Do you think that you can simply cry out for forgiveness when you get caught? Others have done that and while it used to work people are finally get wise.

I have an obligation to expose you as I was not the only one that you got money from and skipped town. Did anyone at Margate Church get any money back? Last I heard, no. Of course they don’t answer my emails as they would like this whole thing to be forgotten. I’m sure they feel bad about convincing me you were a true Christian with a real mission to do good.

If you want this website taken down then repay the money. Nothing else can accomplish that. I would be delighted if you were brave enough to file a lawsuit as I would meet you any day of the week before a Broward County jury and let them decide. I’ve been on three juries and I would welcome the chance to give my case before twelve of my peers. But I can’t afford to sue you so perhaps you’d do me the favor and get the ball rolling. Please – pretty please sue me. I won’t hire a lawyer; I’ll just show up in court and watch in amusement you try and convince a jury that you did not fuck me over. You’d find that you are much more convincing in a church than a courtroom.

By posting this on the internet I am in a way taking you to court – the court of public opinion. I’ll be posting all the emails and documents related to all of this for the judgment of others. Perhaps all I will accomplish is to prove that I was another victim of the Wolves that come in sheep’s clothing.
